Refund policy

At NovaWellness, we want you to feel confident in what you're taking. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened and in its original, sealed condition
• It must be in its original packaging
• You'll need your order number or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at novabusinessservices@outlook.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped in error.
